Hello everybody! How are you? I am okay. We have had a quiet week. Mom worked all week. She hasn't really felt like sitting outside, so we've spent most of the week on the couch.
On Sunday, we all went to see Graham and Pierce. Pierce is getting so big! (So is Graham, but he's old enough where he doesn't look that much older in each picture we take!)
Graham wanted to play with Oliver, but Oliver really wanted nothing to do with it, so we didn't stay for too long. But it was nice to see them! (He's holding onto Oliver's leash, but it's not connected to Oliver-- he wanted to take Oliver for a walk, but Oliver disagreed!)
Talk to you next week! I hope you're having a great day!

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all having a great week! It’s been pretty hot and humid here in Wisconsin. There has been a lot of mosquitos too, which doesn’t bother me as much as it bothers Mom. (It doesn’t seem to bother Graham or Oliver either, so I don’t know what she’s going on about!)

Last week, Mom had off for her vacation. Oliver, Mom, and I spent a lot of time together.

On Monday, Graham came over, and they went for a walk. (I stayed on the porch in the shade!) Graham brought his new plush elephant with them on the walk. (Mom ended up having to carry it in the end.) Graham is very fond of elephants.
What do you do on your vacation? Mom didn’t want to go away because then she would have to leave Oliver and Graham behind. Do you have any favorite vacation spots near your home?

Hello everyone! How are you? I’m okay. We have had a quiet week. Mom got to babysit Graham on Monday. He is getting big. He’s showing more interest in my friends and I. He mostly likes to take us out of the bag that Mom carries us in from work and put us on the ground. He’ll give us hugs sometimes too.

Mom is looking forward to the time when he wants to play with us. Right now, he likes plastic animals, sticks, and playing in the mud and water. He loves making a mess! (I stay clear of this—I’m not as washable as he is!)

Hello everyone! How are you? Mom didn’t sleep so well last night and had a poor day at work, so I am going to keep this short so we can go to bed. In exchange, I thought I would share a Graham picture!

It turns out that Graham LOVES elephants. Mom found him a plastic elephant when she found my trains, and it was a big hit! (Isn’t he getting big!)

Hello everyone! How are you? I am okay. We have had a nice quiet week. Mom had to be at work at 6 in the morning, so we have had some very early mornings. But she’s also gotten out earlier, so that’s nice.

Mom, Graham, and Oliver went out for a walk on Monday. Isn’t he getting big? He loves being outside. He’s also taken a big interest in my friends and I. He especially likes my shirt with the dinosaurs on it. He also likes Milton’s buttons! We get lots of hugs, and trips around the living room. On Monday, Mom has the day off, so since Graham is going to be here, Mom is going to try to take a picture of all of us!

Hello everyone! How are you? I’m okay. Yesterday was Thanksgiving for my friends and I from the USA. Mom, her parents, her sister and brother-in-law, Graham, and Oliver celebrated for Thanksgiving lunch. It was nice and quiet. After lunch, Mom, her sister, Oliver, and Graham went for a walk around the property. Graham loves going for walks.

Today (tomorrow when I’m writing this) is Black Friday. This year, Mom has to work both jobs. It won’t be too bad at the not-retail job, but it’s going to be pretty crazy at the retail job. I need to convince Mom to do her daily stuff and then go to bed. I hope you all have a great weekend!

Hello everyone! How are you? I am okay. Mom pinched her finger in her embroidery machine today, so we are going to keep this entry a bit short. Her finger is all wrapped up, and it doesn’t hurt so much any more. She says it’s mostly just some funny colors!

I went inside to Mom’s work for two days this week. I hide in her backpack. I have her ipad, and I play all day long. I also take naps. She says I am very good moral support, even just from her backpack.

With the new temporary position, Mom gets out of work at 2. It gives her some Graham time on every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. In this picture, Graham, Mom, and Oliver were discussing the playing attributes of doggy kibble. Graham thought that dropping it on the ground made a great noise, and Oliver thought that picking it up after Graham was fun. (Mom was in charge of making sure that Graham didn’t put all of the doggy kibble on the ground!) Graham’s sweatshirt has teddy bears on it!
I hope next week’s entry is a bit less eventful! Hope you all have a great week!

Hello everyone! How are you? Mom and I are going to work on my blog entry and her family tree until her headache goes away.

Things have been pretty quite around here. The weather has been nice, so we have been spending a lot of time sitting outside on the porch with Oliver and Graham. It was almost 70 degrees Fahrenheit today! It’s supposed to get a little colder next week though. There won’t be as much wandering around outside for Graham and Mom when it’s only 50 degrees.
Are you looking forward to Halloween? I love all the colors! I also like the black cats! I don’t think they’re scary at all. Are you going to dress up for Halloween? This year maybe Graham will go trick-or-treating and I can go with!
I hope you have a great week!

Hello everyone! How are you? I am okay. Things have been pretty quiet around here, but that’s a good thing, I think.
Fall has arrived in Wisconsin. All the trees are changing colors!

Mom took the nephew out to walk around yesterday. He loves the leaves! (He also loves making a mess!)

I like fall. It’s a lot cooler! I also like the colors that the leaves change to. Mom says that they change to colors that match me!
I’m tired, so I think I’m going to convince Mom and Oliver to go to bed. I hope you all have a great week!

Hello everyone! How are things? I am okay. Mom, Oliver, Graham, and I went for a walk today! We walked down the road on a walking path. Graham liked it a lot, but Oliver got too hot.
Graham likes these walks. He just seems to like to watch.

I get to sit in the bottom of the stroller. Mom said I didn’t look very happy in this picture, but I told her that I was perfectly fine! I could see all sorts of things! Mom stopped to take pictures of wildflowers.

Do any of you go for walks? I was really excited when Mom said I could go with!
Talk to you next week!

It’s been a pretty quiet week around here. But the apple trees in the front yard have been blossoming!

Mom also bought some plants for her miniature garden this week, so we’ll have some pictures of that too soon!
We watched the nephew this week. Mom’s mom—had an appointment, so we were left with baby-sitting duty! He’s almost 17 months old now, so I guess it’s more of a toddler sitting. We went to see his mom for lunch. We were early, so we all went for a walk. (I stayed in the bottom of the stroller!)

Mom says that she really can’t go places that will allow Oliver without him, so Oliver came with too.

He was a very happy dog! There were plenty of things to smell. He got to bark at lots of people too.

This is a view of the Fox River. The drawbridge was up for a bit while we were walking, so Mom took a picture.
Mom has to go to work in the morning, so she says that it is time to go to bed. (We write this earlier in the week!) Sometimes, she’s not any fun! But alas—it’s part of having a Mom!

Hello, everybody! How are you all? Things here are still very quiet!
Yesterday, Mom got out of work early. She got home in time to see Graham for a while. She noticed that Graham was wearing the same shirt as me!

Sorry, I’m looking a bit off in this picture, but he just got done hugging us all. But we’re wearing almost the same outfit! Foster is also wearing a shirt that Graham has too. (This is what happens when your mom buys clothes at the same place as someone else’s Mom.) He is very fond of Mom’s hairbrush, but we don’t know why. But it got him to stay still long enough so we could take a picture together, and that worked for Mom!
This week the temperature here in Wisconsin got to 60 degrees Fahrenheit! It is usually about 29 to 16 degrees! (I looked it up!) That meant that on Wednesday, Graham, Oliver, Mom, and I went for a walk. We ended up going to the park! I stayed in the stroller, but Graham went for a swing! He’s old enough now to sit up in a baby swing!

He lost interest in the swing pretty quickly, but it was still cool. We then walked back home. Mom took some pictures on the way back.

It’s supposed to snow this weekend, so the unseasonably warm weather will just be a faint memory!
Tot ziens!

Good afternoon everybody! How are you? I am all right. We have had a quiet week around here. On Wednesday, Mom had the day off of the new job, so she was here when Graham was. I thought you’d like to see how big he’s gotten. He’s almost 13 months old now.

He really likes Mom’s new camera. He really wants to chew on it.
He also really likes Oliver. Oliver really likes him, so it all works out. Here is a picture of Oliver trying to get Graham to play squeaky toy.

Graham doesn’t quite understand what’s happening, but it’s pretty cute.
He has stopped trying to chew on my nose, although now he enjoys pull at my ears and pulling me off the couch. Luckily, it’s not very far to fall, and it’s nice and soft carpet. (I’m just glad he’s stopped trying to chew my nose off.)
Mom bought a new friend home. It is a childhood doll. They were called My Child dolls. They have sort of a felt soft skin. This one has told us that her name is Clementine.

I have to go to bed now, so I will write more next week. I hope you all are having a great day! Talk to you later!

We’re getting closer to the election here in the US. I’m glad it’ll be over with soon. I hate the TV commercials and all the mailing ads!
Things have been pretty quiet around here. Mom started her new job a few days ago. She still is staying at the bookstore because she loves books so much. I’m not sure if I want to be away from her so much, but we’re going to take it a week at a time.
Graham is getting bigger and bigger. He is almost ten months old now. He will be one year old on the sixth of January.

He still hasn’t grown much hair yet! But he has four teeth, which I feel with regularity! He still likes chewing on my nose. Mom doesn’t let him do it for very long, since he could do damage now!
We did go for another walk. It was quite chilly, so we didn’t go far. We didn’t see any cool animals though. We did see an ox-eye daisy though! (Now I know that it’s an introduced plant!)

Have any of you gone anywhere interesting? Maybe Mom will take me for another walk soon!

Hello everybody! How are you? I’m all right. Things have been pretty calm around here. I guess you don’t get to pick which kind of exciting you get, so boring is all right.

We spend a lot of time watching Graham. Yesterday, he fell asleep while sucking on my ear! It was kind of gross, but at least he wasn’t chewing on me. He army crawls now really fast! Mom spends a lot of time crawling around on the ground with him. I’m usually safe on a chair though!
The past few days have been much cooler around here. We’re hoping that fall is going to stay. Do you like fall? Mom and I like the cooler weather. The trees are so pretty when they change colors! Did you know that the trees are actually always those pretty colors, but the green chlorophyll just covers it up? When the tree goes dormant, it stops making chlorophyll, and the other colors are visible! (These are things you learn when you really, really like trees!)
Hope you’re all having a great day! Talk to you later!

Good afternoon, everyone! How are you? Things have been pretty quiet around here. Mom’s week went by slightly better, so we will have a longer post today.
Mom’s nephew, Graham, has decided that my nose is tasty. Mom, Graham, and I sit on the rocking chair and rock him to sleep. When he’s falling asleep, he tries to chew on my nose! Mom catches him, but I’m afraid she’s not going to catch him just once and he’s going to chew my nose off! He’s got two teeth now and they’re sharp!
Mom is currently working on her family tree. She was contacted by someone who lives in northern Wisconsin about a gentleman named Warren Holmes. It lead her on a genealogy journey to discover that she is very faintly related to Elizabeth Cady Stanton!

My mom took this picture today. (She’s the blue jeans in the lower right corner!) This is Oliver and Graham waiting for Graham’s dad to come and pick him up! I thought it was so cute that I had to share!
Talk to you all next week!

Hello everyone! How are you all? Things have been pretty quiet around here. We have mostly just been babysitting Graham. He comes over really early in the morning.

We sit on the ground and he kicks and talks and chews on things. Oliver watches him. Sometimes we watch cartoons on Mom’s ipad. We spend time rocking him too.
We have made one discovery. Mom is very interested in her genealogy. We spend a lot of time adding people to her family tree! We have discovered that we are faintly (very faintly) related to Benjamin Franklin! There are eighteen steps between Mom and him. It’s not straight through—it’s not like he’s a great grandfather or anything like that. But it’s still very interesting!
Mom has been rescuing some of our friends. Some of them she has found locally, but there were a few others she found on ebay. We have introduced Jefferson and Shirley. We’ve also found Gulliver, Stevenson, Oak, and Hilary. Mom needs to take pictures, and we will introduce them!

Mom found a new blogging app for Android. It is called BlogAway. I hope it works all right. Sometimes we just don't have the laptop around! (So it turned out that it worked okay. But Mom is obsessed with proper formatting, so we’re redoing it on the computer. Does anyone have an suggestions for an Android app?)
Mom found one of our friends from before. This is Jefferson, a Clydesdale! He likes being back with his friends.
Here is a bonus picture of Graham! He's spending the rest of the week with us. He spends the morning and the afternoon with us and goes home when his dad is on the way to pick up his mom.
Oliver sits with us on the ground. He is very fond of the baby!
