Adelaide got a present after Christmas. Technically, it started as a present for Mom! When she was a little girl, she wanted the matching girl and doll pajamas for the American Girl dolls. (She wanted the Molly ones!) She didn't get them. This Christmas in the AG catalog, they had matching little girl, adult, and doll Christmas pajamas! But the adult ones were $60, which is a lot to pay for a pair of pajamas. But after Christmas, they were on clearance. So she bought a pair for herself and a pair for Adelaide!
Lark also got a little post-Christmas sale present too. The place that we get the subscription box-- Trillian and Company via Etsy-- had a little post Christmas sale. Mom bought Lark this one because she thought it looked like a Christmas sweater!
Hope you all are having a great week!

Oliver got another stuffed alligator, some treats, and a blanket. This is the third alligator he has gotten. He is very hard on his toys. These alligators have lasted the longest of any of his toys. They might last an entire month, rather than a few days—or even hours!
Mom got a blanket and a pillow with a Boston terrier on it that looks a lot like Oliver. What did you all get for Christmas? Mom bought me some clothes with dinosaurs on them. Mom needs to go to bed, so we will take a picture and post next week! I hope you all have a great week!

Grandma likes Christmas trees too. She has two of them. This is the one that is downstairs. It has gold ornaments on it. Isn’t it sparkly?
I just like sitting near the tree and looking at the pretty ornaments. I think this swan one is my favorite. Do any of you have favorite Christmas ornaments?
Talk you all next week! Hope you have a great Christmas!

Oliver was NOT AMUSED. He thought that the going inside the building thing was pretty cool, but once he got there he said no way. But the people at the photo taking place must’ve been very experienced with hesitating puppies, because they were in and out in ten minutes. Mom had prepaid for the pictures, so that probably helped too!
Merry Christmas, everybody! I hope you have a great holiday!

I hope you all had a great holiday! Mine was pretty sweet!
Apparently, Princess was feeling a little bit left out of the photography business today when we took pictures of my Christmas presents. She pushed her way into the photo and wouldn’t leave. Mom says that she’s lucky she’s so cute!
I got some clothes, a domo calendar, and a little recycled plastic glider guy.
And a photo with Princess, of course!

Merry Christmas, everyone! Mom and I wanted to drop in and wish everyone a great day. (Technically, we’re writing this a few days ahead of time, since we don’t know what we’re going to be doing on Christmas day proper.) In the next few days, I will write a blog entry about what I got for Christmas. Since Christmas is the day that I came to live with Mom—way back in 2005, we celebrate it as my birthday too!
I hope you all are having a great day, surrounded by your friends and family. My mom and I are always grateful for each and every one of you who come to my blog and read. We both find it so much fun to connect with other plushies and their owners all over the world! Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukah!

Unintentionally, Mom and I have this figured out. One last Christmas card post, and one last day before Christmas!
We received a surprise package a few days ago! It was from Buttons!
It was a really great card, a picture, and a little soldier! I love the picture! Mom says that it will be a great idea for next year!
My mom says that she got me something for Christmas, so I shall post a picture of it after we open presents tonight. (My mom’s family opens presents on Christmas Eve!)
Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!!

It even has some Chinese or Japanese characters on the card! Very grand!

Today’s card is from Bob T. Bear and his mom, Helena!
I love your print! We sing the song ‘We Three Kings’ every time we see it, but instead of kings we say bears! My friends and I think it’s very funny!
This is the version that Mom remembers from her childhood. We are not sure if they every played the Claymation Christmas special in Europe! But since almost everything is on YouTube, we can share!
More tomorrow!

My mom and I took some photos of the mail that we’ve gotten recently! We’ve decided to post them one at a time so we have a flurry of posts before Christmas! We did finish the Christmas cards today, so I hope they all make it to their destinations in time.
This is the card that my friends, Jerry and Ben and their dad sent me. Isn’t it pretty! Thanks a lot guys!
We have more mail to come! Hurrah!

Sorry guys—Mom has been very tired lately, and we let the pre-written blog posts go through. We didn’t write any new ones lately. With the Christmas crazies at the place she works, she hasn’t really been in the mood to write anything. Her next day off is Monday after six straight days, so I’m not sure if we’re going to write anything.
We started on the Christmas cards that we are going to send to all of my friends. She’s decided to bring them to work with her tomorrow and maybe some more will get done. At least they can be signed and our home address written on them. If we get them all addressed by Monday, they should get to most of my international friends by Christmas. I’m sorry if everyone doesn’t get them in time! Technically, they’re ‘holiday’ cards, so I guess as long as they get there by New Years, they’re still on time!
Talk to you all later!

Caleb and I went with Mom to the dentist office today. She was very nervous. I stayed in the car, but Caleb went inside with her. I’m glad that we can provide that kind of moral support!
I wanted to thank everyone for sending me Christmas cards and the like. I love getting mail. One of the things that Mom has promised me that we are going to do is send more mail out.

It has been a few days since I’ve had time to post. Mom has been very busy with work and Christmas. Her little sister has come home for the holidays, so it has been pretty busy that way too. She did go up north today to be by her extended family, but I couldn’t go with. She had to go to work afterwards and did not want to make me stay in her backpack for that entire time. I told her that I wouldn’t mind, but she decided that I should stay home anyways. Instead, she said that if it is not snowing on Monday, she will take me outside and we can take some pictures with the snow.
I didn’t get as cool presents for Christmas as some of my blogging friends did, but I am still happy. Besides the costumes I got from Build-a-Bear, I also got lots of candy and chocolate. I like my mom’s new camera. This is a photo of the Christmas tree that is in the parlor. My mom’s mom really likes Christmas trees. We have two big ones and two small ones in the house now. They sparkle with all the pretty lights, so that makes me very happy. Sometimes we sit in the dark and look at the pretty lights on the Christmas trees before we go to sleep. Of all the things that could last all year long, Christmas lights would be the best. Maybe Christmas cookies would be the second best thing to last all year long! Yum!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here! Mom found some Build-a-Bear clothes at Goodwill today. Some of them were Santa Claus clothes! I can look like Santa for a while now! I feel very festive in my new jacket! There was a hat too. I even have black boots somewhere—and although I don’t have red pants—I could dress up like Santa! Hm! The possibilities! Maybe I should say ho, ho, ho!
My mom feels better. The ideas that you gave me helped. She likes chicken soup—she said that it was nice that I thought of her! I told her that it was part of my job as her bear and she smiled!
In the bag of clothes that Mom found at Goodwill, there was a very large (at least in bear terms) red sweater. It turned out to be Build-a-Bear. Mom gave it to Charlotte, who is one of the biggest girls that we have here. It has a white heart on it so it’s not suited too well for a boy bear.
What do you like the most about Christmas? I think I like the Christmas lights the most. I hope I get to go here this winter. Mom saw the advertisement while she was at our local mall. There is supposed to even be a horse drawn wagon ride. I think it sounds great!
Robinson says that he likes Christmas music, while Milton says that he likes all the Christmas trees and their ornaments. Chloe says that she likes the glittery dresses and the shiny tinsel that people put on trees. Our house isn’t set up for Christmas quite yet though. Mom says that it will probably start after Thanksgiving. Our grandma believes in one holiday at a time! Mom says that if it was Christmas all year long it wouldn’t mean the same, but I’m not quite so sure about that. I don’t think you can ever have enough sparkly lights! I think a big part of it is that Mom doesn’t appreciate Christmas quite as much as your average bear due to her years of retail experience! Maybe this year will be different! We can only hope.
