Happy Easter, everybody! My friends and I aren’t very religious, but we like all the pastels and the baby animals. When Mom was little, she liked the shiny plastic grass in her Easter basket. I like all the pictures of the baby chickens and ducks!

I hope you’re having a great day! I hope it’s filled with lots of candy!

I like all the ideas that you’re coming up with. We are going to keep them for the next go around. We’ve lost our big buffer of posts, but we’re doing all right with ideas.
This last week was Mom’s vacation. We had Graham for most of it. We didn’t really get to do anything really interesting. We went to Oshkosh to be by Mom’s sister a few times. Mom went to meet one of her work friends and to show her Graham once. We finally had Friday off—and we spent a lot of it napping. We went to Oshkosh again, but otherwise we were pretty much out of energy.
Mom spent some of our time today working on her family tree. I usually just watch, but today I napped. Oliver is very warm, and it’s nice to stay curled up near him.
I know that Netflix is different for every country, but I thought I’d show you my current favorites. As a bear, I love the outside, and we we recently found a travel show called Rock the Park.

It’s about two guys who go around visiting National Parks. They’re kind of funny, and the scenery is very pretty.
This next one makes Mom happy. She likes math, and she says that she thinks she understands what they’re talking about in this documentary series. She also wishes that she could travel to all these interesting places. (I prefer to stay home!)

It’s called the Story of Maths. It’s about the history of the study of mathematics, and how different people from different cultures discovered really cool things about numbers. We’ve watched it at least five times!
Do you know of any interesting documentaries? We’re pretty open to anything, but we don’t particularly like war or true crime. We also have Amazon Prime and Hulu if they’re not available on Netflix here in the United States!
I hope you’re having a great week!

Spring is getting closer! I’ve been looking through a catalog that Mom bought at work. It’s called the Whole Seed catalog. We like going through catalogs.  It’s kind of a harmless wishful thinking! I love all the pictures of the vegetables. Mom likes growing heirloom vegetables. We have a whole bookmark folder of various places to get them. We usually end up getting them at our local garden store though. Maybe someday we will be able to order them from the internet.

Today we’re going to talk about my friend, Milton. Milton was the third Build-a-Bear that came into our family. He is one of my best friends. He likes reading the most out of all of us. He especially enjoys some of Mom’s science books. He also likes to help. He lifts things for some of the tinies that live here. He’s also very patient with some critters around here who don’t have a lot of patience themselves- like Oliver!

Mom is on vacation this week. We haven’t done anything really interesting yet. Mom is in charge of Graham this week while her sister is at work. We did spend some time today cooking food for the rest of the week. This is ‘spanish rice’. I’m not sure why it’s called that, but Mom loved it as a little girl. So when her parents are gone on vacation, she always makes it. (It’s got a lot of calories, so they won’t eat it!) There’s enough to eat all week!
I hope you’re all having a good week! Talk to you next Friday

March 11th, 2016

Hello everyone! How are you? Things are all right around here. Mom gets to go on vacation next week. It's mostly just a vacation from work. We're not going to go anywhere really special. Graham is going to come over for the first three days. Mom wants to take him to Build-a-Bear so she can pick out his very first teddy bear! Of course he's got to have some clothes for his new bear. I'm pretty sure I can talk her into buying some clothes for my friends and I!

Mom brought some Domos back into our family. They can be rather noisy little guys. Some of them are living on the shelf with the AG minis and the BJD kids. Lark, Wren, and Raven seem to get along with them just fine, but the AG girls really don't know what to make of them. I guess I'd have a hard time understanding what they're all about too if I was really only used to things from the 1860s! Lark is showing them things that she has found online and it seems to be helping.

Today we're going to talk a little about Lark. Mom found Lark on a AG group for people over 18. She was from Madison, Wisconsin. She came from a company named Boy & Girl. She was part of a package that came with another doll. The lady who had her before tried to do her face up but didn't do a very good job. Mom scraped most of it off. Lark came into our family to help take care of Raven. She's sort of a nanny or governess. She helps take care of everyone her size. She has a stuffed cow named Mr. Cow. She would like her own room in the dollhouse (she shares the big room upstairs with Raven), and her own garden!
I hope everyone is having a great spring. I hope it gets nice enough soon that we can plant outside!

March 4th, 2016

Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a good day! Today was a really nice day. We sat outside on the porch for a while with Oliver. It was sunny and about 50 degrees F (10 degrees C).

After a few months of cold weather, fifty degrees seems like a heat wave. Mom took some pictures of the BJD kids and a few AG minis who went outside for a picnic.

I went outside with Mom, but I didn’t get to attend the picnic. I’m too big! I never thought that would be a problem! Mom shared some of her chocolate bar with me, so I didn’t mind!
Mom and I are currently watching a TV show from National Geographic called Diggers on Netflix. Mom calls it binge watching. We’ve watched almost the entire season in two days. It’s about two people who are metal detectorists. They go to various historical sites in the US and find metal historical items. We’ve watched them find things in Tombstone, Arizona, San Francisco, California and in Chicago, Illinois. Mom likes the history. I like all the hollering they do!
We spent some time trying to think of a blog subject that began with the letter K. We found a webpage with lots of good ideas. None of them were really possible when I was writing this! Kangaroos, koalas, kisses, or kites were some of the ideas. Can you think of any ideas with the letter K?
Talk to you all later!
