December 25th, 2011

Merry Christmas, everyone! Mom and I wanted to drop in and wish everyone a great day. (Technically, we’re writing this a few days ahead of time, since we don’t know what we’re going to be doing on Christmas day proper.) In the next few days, I will write a blog entry about what I got for Christmas. Since Christmas is the day that I came to live with Mom—way back in 2005, we celebrate it as my birthday too!

I hope you all are having a great day, surrounded by your friends and family. My mom and I are always grateful for each and every one of you who come to my blog and read. We both find it so much fun to connect with other plushies and their owners all over the world! Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukah!

  4. Merry Christmas, Marlowe – and Happy Birthday as well!
It is neat to hear that your Birthday is on Christmas, Marlowe. My Sister, Pinkie's Birthday is on Dec. 22nd! She says that she Wishes her Birthday was in June or Something... 'cause it is too Close to Christmas for her Liking. We tell her that it would be Far Too Confusing to Move her Birthday Celebration... as we would Still have to Remember her 'Real' Birthday Date, also.
I will tell Pinkie about your Christmas Birthday, Marlowe. That may Help Her to Understand her own Situation. :o) Ryan

  5. Hi Marlowe! It sounds as though you had a great Christmas and birthday. We had a wonderful time as only bears got prezzies this year. Odd, isn't it? The people were too hard up to buy gifts for each other, so they bought lots for us instead ... not that we bears are complaining!
It sounds as though we are expected to hibernate at New Years, whilst they go out and enjoy themselves. That sounds fair, but we are going to have a secret midnight feast while they are gone. I'm stashing away various items each day - just a few bits a time so they don't realise food is vanishing. Can't wait!
